Day 16: from Slacker to Fierce

Poor eating habits are easy to make and hard to break, but break them you must. Otherwise, you’ll be disobeying God’s commandments while causing yourselves great harm.  Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a journey, not a destination, and that journey requires discipline. But rest assured that if you and your loved ones are willing to make the step-by-step journey toward a healthier diet, God is taking careful note of your progress…and He’s quietly urging you to take the next step.

Today, write down (in your journal) at least three healthy foods that you’re going to add to your diet.
