Day 18: Reflections

Day 18: from slacker to fierce

Yay!! today was another great day 🙂 I got up after hitting the snooze button twice and got myself and my princess ready for school while my other loves sleep…the hubby was off work today. I got back to the house to change into my workout clothes. My goal today was to run 3 miles and was pleasantly surprised at myself for getting 6.5 miles before getting really tired and came home. I feel very happy with my progress but I know that I still have ways to go.

  1. Six and a half miles is pretty good going, well done. It got me thinking that it must be about 30 years since I last did some running and that was half marathons, great days really enjoyed my daily runs, sets you up on a high.
