Day 20: from slacker to fierce

” Beloved, I wish above all things that thou  mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”– 3 John 1:2

Do you dine out often?  If so, be careful. Most restaurants stay in business by serving big portions of tasty food. Unfortunately, most restaurant food is high in calories, sugar, and fat. You will probably eat healthier meals if you prepare those meals at home instead of eating out.

Today, write down (in your journal) a few of the foods that you should probably eliminate from your diet.
