Day 21: Reflections

I had another awesome day, my munchkins and I stayed indoors all day. We played games, watched movies, cooked dinner together and made cookie dough. I was able to sew a nice long denim skirt for my oldest daughter (will post pictures as soon as I figure out why my camera won’t work).  I made some great food choices all day…I made a low carb breakfast burrito for myself and made the children oatmeal. For lunch they had left over from the night before while I ate some oatmeal. I snacked on two homemade mini chocolate chip muffins. For dinner we cooked Swai, corn and pasta. I braided my oldest daughter’s hair before jumping on the elliptical and getting in an intense 30 minute workout ( the machine said I burned 445 calories) not sure if that number is accurate but I will take it. Bathed the two youngest and monitored my oldest while she took her bath and then got them in bed…I had planned on reading for fun but my little diva had other plans so she and I came downstairs and passed out on the sofa. I woke up and took her to her room and I, of course went to sleep. I hope that you had a great and productive day and that you were able to get it in a workout. I also hope that you made some great food choices as well.

Thank you for stopping by and for reading. I hope that you find something helpful during this visit 🙂
