Day 33: Moderation Leads To Abundance

Day: 33 from slacker too fierce

” Be not among winebibbers; among riotous eaters of flesh: For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe [a man] with rags.”– Proverbs 23:20-21 (KJV)

If you sincerely seek the abundant life that Christ has promised, you must learn to control your appetites before they control you. Good habits, like bad ones, are habit-forming. The sooner you acquire the habit of moderation,  the better your chances for a long, happy, abundant life.

Today, write down (in your journal) at least one step you can take to become a more moderate person.

Thank you for stopping by and for reading. I hope that you find something helpful during this visit 🙂
