Day 46: Do First Things First

Day 46: from slacker to fierce

“Therefore, get your minds ready for action, being self-discipline….” 1 Peter 1:13 (HCSB)

First things first.” These words are easy to speak but hard to put into practice. If you’re having trouble prioritizing your day, perhaps you’ve been trying to organize your life according to your plans, not God‘s. A better strategy, of course, is to take your daily obligations and place them in the hands of the One who created you. To do so, you must prioritize your day according to God’s commandment, and you must seek His will and His wisdom in all matters, including matters of faith and fitness.

When it come to food, fitness, or faith, the best  moment to begin major improvements is the present moment. In the space below (in your journal), jot down something you can do to improve your health today.

This post was yesterday’s but I never got around to posting anything because it was one of my children’s birthday. We had a great time celebrating and I lost track of time. I hope that you are all doing well and I thank you for stopping by and for reading. I hope that you find something helpful during your visit 🙂

your feedback is appreciated!!!
