Day 51: Reflections


Day 51: from slacker to fierce

Yesterday’s goal was to look at my life and see where God is in my list of priorities. To be honest, I am kind of shocked that God is not number one on my list. I talk about Him, pray to Him, read the Bible but there is still something missing. I have come to realize that I am not a regular attendee at Church and that is not good at all. I used to feel bad for the wrong reasons. I used to feel bad because I felt that not going to Church made me look bad to those who go regularly. Now I feel bad because God is not number one of my list and that is really bad. I should really working on adjusting my priorities so that God is always number one. I know that without God there will be no me, no husband, children and friends and so from now on, I will work harder than I have ever worked to make God a priority in my life. I hope that you were all able to take a serious look at your life to see where God is on your list.

I should update you in my workout routine and eating habits briefly. I ran 3 miles again yesterday and I almost got chased by two deers on my way home. Looking back on the incident I can say that it was very funny but it wasn’t while it was happening. I also did very well with the types of food I ate throughout the day. I have been making smoothies as well as some cleansing  juices to substitute for lunch some days. I  love that I am getting more fruits and vegetables everyday via my smoothies and juices. I will start sharing the recipes I have used.
