Avocado And Seafood Salad

The following recipe is from a book I bought a while back. I am going to try this recipe this coming weekend. I hope you all like it 🙂  I love shrimp and avocado!!!


1 Avocado, cut in half, pit, peel and slice

2 beef tomatoes, slice

1/4 cucumber, slice

2 tablespoon mixed seaweed, soak for 10 minutes and boil

1/2 cup shrimp, cook and peel

3/4 cup walnut halves

1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 small bunch of chives, chop

1 teaspoon ketchup

drops of Tabasco sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Arrange the avocado slices on two plates. Pile the tomato and cucumber on top. Sprinkle with the boiled seaweed, and garnish with shrimp or walnuts. Make the dressing by mixing the lemon juice, yogurt, chives, ketchup, and Tabasco sauce in a bowl. Season, spoon over the salad, Serve with French baguette.
