Day 83: Finding Contentment

Day 83: from slacker to fierce

“I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am.”– Philippians 4:11 (HCSB)

Are you a contented Christian? If so, then you’re well aware of the healing power of the risen Christ. But if your spirit is temporarily troubled, perhaps you need to focus less upon your own priorities and more upon God’s priorities. When you do, you’ll rediscover this life-changing truth: Genuine contentment begins with God…and ends there.

Be contented with where you are  today, even if it’s not exactly where you want to be tomorrow. God has something wonderful in store for you– and remember that God’s timing is perfect– so be patient. In the space below (in your journal), jot down a few of the many blessings that God has given you today.

I thank you for stopping by and for reading. I hope that you find something meaningful and helpful during this visit 🙂

your feedback is appreciated!!!
