Angel Hair Spaghetti with Tomato Basil Chicken

Tomato Basil Chicken

8 Chicken breast tenderloin

1 can diced Del Monte garlic tomato

1 tablespoon basil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Heat oil in a large skillet and thoroughly cook chicken. Set chicken aside and cut it up after it cools off. Gather the rest of the ingredients and cook for several minutes before adding the chicken. Set the chicken aside after cooking it in the tomato basil sauce.

Angel Hair Spaghetti

1 packet of whole wheat angel hair spaghetti

1/4 cup of low-fat sour cream

1/2 cup milk

boil the spaghetti for 3 minutes if you want it al dente and drain it. Set it aside and get a large sauce pan and combine the sour cream, milk, pepper and salt and bring to a boil before adding the spaghetti. Let it simmer for another five minutes or so on low heat. I had planned on topping mine with shredded parmesan cheese but forgot. This whole meal took less than 45 minutes for me to prepare. My family loved it and  it was simple and easy for me to make.
