Don’t forget about hydration

This is just a short note to remind everyone to stay hydrated. We all get so caught up in what we are doing that we forget to drink and that can lead to serious medical problems especially for the elderly, children, pregnant women and the exercise enthusiasts like myself. I love to run, not really a fast runner but its a fun way to get rid of my daily stress. I sometimes forget to drink enough water throughout the day and it shows when I’m out running. So please remember to drink water and or Gatorade throughout the day.
