Best Foods for Runners and Wannabe Runners :)

I love running and it has been a great way to relax. I would be nice to lose some more lbs but I have noticed that I might reach my weight loss plateau. I wondered what could have caused the plateau so I looked at the foods I eat and I am very certain that my diet has to be adjusted. I really love the foods I eat but they are really not good for me and I have not found a happy medium yet.
