Daily Scripture: Parents’ Duties

So since we did a Bible study on children’s duties, it only makes sense that I follow that up with what is expected of us parents. I sat my little ones down right around bed time and read from the book of Psalm and then tried my very best to explain what the scripture said and how it applies to our family. Yes, they had a lot of questions as usual and I hope that they were answered correctly. Below is the scripture, I hope that you find it meaningful and helpful in your life. I thank you for stopping by and for reading. Wishing you a wonderful day or night depending on where you are in the world.

” Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done. For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children: That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:”– Psalm 78:3-7 (KJV)
